How do the classes help?
Our bodies can learn negative patterns of behaviour that can over time begin to cause problems of movement, balance, weight-bearing, stiffness, aches and pains all of which can also affect our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Ingrained movement patterns built up over years can be changed for the better. By making Pilates or yoga a part of your everyday life you will find over time, a new energy that will flow freely throughout your body.
These classes can completely rebalance your body and help you manage your pain, stay injury free and lead a happy and healthy lifestyle.
When are they?
Monday:
Pilates intermediate 9.30 – 10.30am
Pilates new beginners 10.30 – 11.30am
Pilates mixed level (beginners welcome) 5.45 – 6.45pm
Pilates mixed level remedial (beginners welcome) 7 – 8pm
Tuesday:
Pilates energising express (all levels welcome) 12 – 12.45pm
Pilates new beginners 5.45 – 6.45pm
Wednesday:
Yoga beginners 5.30 – 6.45pm
Yoga open class 7 – 8.15pm
Saturday:
Yoga beginners 9 – 10.15am
Yoga open class 10.30 – 11.45am
