About Sakshi

Sakshi is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal care, sports rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and neurological rehabilitation. She takes a friendly, practical, and evidence-based approach, with a strong focus on helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and return to the activities that matter to them.

She has worked with a wide range of patients including those with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, nerve-related symptoms, post-operative problems, mobility issues, and neurological conditions such as stroke and spinal cord injury. Her treatment style combines careful assessment, clear advice, and tailored rehabilitation to support steady and confident progress.

Sakshi has particular experience in exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, gait re-education, balance training, and functional recovery. She also has an interest in Pilates-based and yoga-informed rehabilitation, helping patients build strength, control, and confidence in movement.

Her clinical background includes orthopaedic surgery wards, fracture clinic, outpatient rehabilitation, private practice, and community neurological care. This broad experience has helped her develop a calm, adaptable, patient-centred style that works well for people recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or rebuilding function after surgery or illness.

Sakshi completed an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy at the University of Salford and holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is also committed to ongoing professional development, with additional training in peripheral joint manual therapy, kinesio taping, sports massage, myofascial release, and IASTM.

If you are looking for a physiotherapist in Brighton who will listen carefully, explain things clearly, and create a treatment plan tailored to you, Sakshi would be pleased to help.
