The small print
- You can stop your membership at any time after three months with no penalties other than paying any outstanding fees. If you cancel after your membership renewal date, you will not receive a refund for any amounts that have been charged. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current subscription period. We’ll need a few days notice to stop the next direct debit from going out.
- Up to three membership sessions can be rolled over from previous months if unused. After this, further unused sessions are lost.
- Membership sessions included in the Plan are regular chiropractic, physiotherapy or a 30-minute massage.
- There is no exchange of unused sessions for cash or any other benefit.
- We may change the levels of service and fees charged from time to time or cancel this agreement for any reason. We’ll give you at least 30 days notice if we do. The membership fee is £35 per month.
- You must set up a direct debit online using our simple and secure system run by GoCardless, a specialist outfit in this sort of thing. If a payment is missed for any reason we may suspend or cancel your membership and any of your outstanding fees must be paid including any fees we incur from the missed payment.
- Membership and benefits are not transferable but your children under 18 can access these benefits.
- Any benefits accrued during the membership period cease upon termination of membership, including unused free sessions. Discounted treatment session fees are only applicable during membership.
