Yoga
We are running our yoga courses at Sundial St James’s Street. Our instructor, Yvette Knapman, has expertise in using yoga to help people with a history of back or neck problems.
The 1 hour 15 minute classes will have a maximum of 5 people to allow for one to one instruction, and cost £10 each class, payable in advance.

Yvette is also an experienced sports massage therapist and is also practising at St James’s Street on Thursdays 10am-2pm.
What can yoga help
The physical aspect of yoga, the postures or asanas, can improve:
- muscle flexibility
- tendon strength

- blood pressure and circulation
- health problems related to stress
- concentration
- dieting and losing weight.
