Yoga

We are running our yoga courses at Sundial St James’s Street.  Our instructor, Yvette Knapman, has expertise in using yoga to help people with a history of back or neck problems.

The 1 hour 30 minute classes have a maximum of 4 people to allow for one to one instruction, and cost £70 for a course of 6, payable in advance.

The 6 week courses run on Monday and Wednesday 6pm-7.30pm. To reserve your place on what is bound to be a popular course please ring us on 01273 696414.

Yvette also offers one-to-one exercise instruction and is an experienced sports massage therapist. She is available on Mondays 4pm – 5.45pm, Wednesday 2pm – 5.45pm, Friday 4pm – 7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
