I am an experienced sports and remedial therapist and work with elite athletes and professional dancers. I was a massage therapist for London Wasps Rugby Club for 9 years.
Using a variety of deep tissue techniques I combat postural imbalances, muscular tension and provides general body maintenance.
I am also a personal trainer and can advise on rehabilitation and exercise.
