I grew up near Brighton, graduated from AECC in Bournemouth and then worked in a private practice in Fulham before moving back to Brighton. Besides treating back pain, neck pain and headaches I have a particular interest in digestive, hormonal and other health problems such as tiredness. I use Applied Kinesiology testing to recommend nutritional supplements, lifestyle and diet changes. I use a range of Diversified adjustments and soft tissue release techniques using acupuncture needles. Dry needling is a great way of relaxing muscle spasm often where other treatments have failed.
